Party bookings cannot not taken in peak summer season - please contact a member of staff who will gladly help with this.

The venue's operating hours are, last orders at 11pm and close at 12pm.

The Sea view room will be closed 30 mins prior to your party, you are more than welcome to decorate the sea View room prior to your party.

We do not have a license for a dance floor, therefore we cannot create a dancefloor

Music - we can have an acoustic guitar player and singer on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday until 10pm, this must be at a low volume

If you would like to show a particular set of photos or a home movie we can help with this and it can be displayed on our large projector screen.

70 seats on the ground floor (includes 6 settee seats)

The Sea View room is FREE to book, we require a £50 refundable deposit (non refundable if cancelled) to secure the booking, your £50 will be refunded against the final invoice.

To secure the Sea View room for a private function there is a minimum  £165 spend required on food and a minimum of 30 persons attending.

For functions of over 40 people, there is a non returnable fee of £50 and a minimum spend of £300 on food, the Sea View room will be made private to the function and the ground floor will remain open to the public.

All payments must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the function upon which it becomes non returnable if cancelled.

We offer the choice between selecting 1 of our 3 buffet selections (please refer to the buffet menu heading)
